I am Anu Roy, born and raised in the beautiful city of Siliguri. Growing up in a loving family with my father, mother and younger sister, I was always a simple, polite and somewhat shy individual. However, I had a deep curiosity for the world. I loved traveling, reading and immersing myself in new cultures—each experience leaving me with cherished memories and valuable lessons.

From a young age, I was captivated by the aviation industry. The thought of being part of this dynamic world always fascinated me. Today, as a proud member of the SpiceJet family at Bagdogra, I can truly say that my dream has turned into reality. Being a Customer Service Executive for the past 1.5 years has been nothing short of transformative.

This profession has not only helped me build a career but has also played a crucial role in shaping my personality. I have grown into a confident, independent and self-assured woman—far from the shy girl, I once was. Every day, I get the opportunity to interact with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds, which has broadened my perspective and enhanced my communication skills.

SpiceJet has given me wings—wings to discover my hidden talents, to challenge myself and to evolve into the best version of myself. The work environment is warm, supportive and uplifting, where colleagues and seniors are always ready to guide and encourage me. We are more than just a team; we are a family that celebrates every festival, milestone, and achievement together.

I am incredibly grateful to my family for their unwavering support and to my seniors, who have always motivated me to take that extra step without fear. Through this journey, I have learned the value of hard work, perseverance, and self-belief—qualities that truly pay off in the long run.
